Official language

The official language of the meeting will be English / Spanish. No simultaneous translation will be provided. If the Spanish-speaking delegate wishes to give the talk in Spanish, his/her slides must be written in English. All official documents (resume, letter of invitation and acceptance, certificate of participation, among others.) will be processed in English.

Travel grants
